I. Am. Procrastinating.

I should be either writing or cleaning, which is the story of my life. Should should should. I really ought to be doing anything besides whatever it is that I am doing. I should be working on my demon story or scrubbing down the counters.

What I am going to do, no should about it, is make myself a big mug of hot chocolate. With marshmallows. And then I am going to set a timer and clean for fifteen minutes, so as to silence the rather sharp, matronly, and unlikeable voice in my head.

And then I'm going to play Psychonauts until I'm good and saturated with quirky graphics and witty repartee.

Holy crap, you are my hero. What *I* should be doing, you see, is spending more time with mugs of hot cocoa and playing dress-up with my kids. Dirty floors be damned, you know? I swear, there's something wrong with me. Thanks for the reminder of what's really important! :)

I love witty repartee! 15m. is all I spent on cleaning this morning too. As for your demon story, I NEED to read more! ;) Motivation? Okay, probably not, but still!

Your post made me smile because at 10 in the morning, I have accomplished nothing (no laundry or cleaning, and my hair is still wet from the shower), so I haven't earned a computer break, but what am I doing? Catching up on all my friends' blogs and enjoying it. :)
